Pudding

Chocolate pudding...Mmmm....

Yesterday, the kitchen was bustling with pots and pans, running water, cocoa powder hanging in the air and blazing fire on the stove. Yet, I was the only soul in the kitchen then. My mission was to make chocolate pudding. One big pot sat on the stove with the fire ablaze. Water , sugar and evaporated milk came in next. Stir, stir, stir. When it boils, start to add the pudding mix. Stir, stir, stir. Lots of stirring involve. Switch off the stove fire. And let the chocolate pudding cool. I sat and waited for the pudding mix to cool while getting high from the aroma of cocoa drifting in the air. It was better than eating chocolate I must say. After some time, the pudding mix have to be poured into cute little containers. I did that and off they go for more cooling.

End product was AWESOME! Chocolate pudding dessert established. It really looked like authentic chocolate pudding just that it has been lovingly home-made. Everyone else loved it. And so did I. :)

Next project: Mango pudding with small cubes of mango inside and maybe a side drink of banana smoothie.
