Inquisitive

Inquisitive nature has always been characteristic of my being.

Perhaps it is the consequence of thinking too much. At least it is better than not thinking at all.

I LOVE asking questions. Not mathematical questions. Not structured questions. Just questions that matter.
Questions that really have a variety of answers. Like situational and philosophical questions. About life. About family. About love and heartbreak. About friends and enemies. About the sugar sweet and bittersweet experiences. About personal beliefs and values. About religion and spirituality. About society and everything in it. Essentially, anything and everything that has no absolute answer. Thats the fun of it. And it is indeed a good way to understand and get to know people.

Lately, asking questions has been a habit of mine. Especially directing questions to a dear friend, Hanisah. Her answers, perspectives and opinions to the variety of questions(no matter how silly it may be) are interesting, eye-opening and surprising at times. It was also good to know that I'm not the only soul with strange questions effervescing in that brain of mine. Not the only soul who have gone through similar candy sweet experiences and pretty rough patches of life. Not the only soul with similar beliefs and values. And not the only soul who wants to grow and be better as a muslimah. Hope my inquisitive nature didn't annoy you too much Nisa :D Oh, and the whole experience was intriguing because it sort of fueled my passion in anthropology, sociology, psychology and everything related to them. People-watching is indeed very fascinating. :)
